This Masterclass covered the topic of “Softer Skills for Analysts”. Paul provided a half-day overview of Laughlin Consultancy’s 9 Step Model for Effective Analytics. Sharing lessons learnt; over 15 years of creating, leading & mentoring, analytics teams & their leaders. Delegates has opportunity to practice skills in questioning, stakeholder management, data visualisation & influencing action – through interactive exercises.
