At FinTech Network?s Customer Experience Conference (#CXC2017), Paul Laughlin chaired a panel on Customer Insight & Data Science, with 3 experienced leaders.

Joining Paul, for this year’s panel debate, were:

All shared useful practical experience. Both in generating value from data & in implementing insights, through improved products or services.
Together, Paul’s panel discussed how?Customer Insight?can guide effective?digital customer experience design, as well as the implications of GDPR.

Thanks to those participants, for a lively and well received panel debate. Thanks also to the many other interesting speakers, at #CXC2017, who candidly their lessons learnt from experience. This event is proving to be a very useful annual meeting of FinTech pioneers & major FS firms (especially those designing digital CX).
